If scary visions of skeletons, ghosts, and goblins have been dancing around your head then you know that Halloween is just around the corner. The Old Bridge Preservation Society is pleased to host the third annual Halloween at the Old Bridge, an event for the entire community. Mark your calendar with the date, time and place – Saturday, October 24 starting at 5:00 at the Old Bridge, 109 Shoreline Drive, Sunset Beach.
The Old Bridge Preservation Society will have Halloween-themed activities appropriate for all ages. Young people (and those that are young-at-heart) are encouraged to come to the Old Bridge in costume. There will be a contest with prizes awarded for the scariest, funniest, and the most creative costume. Don’t be afraid when you see that the Tender House has been converted into a very, very spooky house. Who knows what lurks there? All in attendance will be invited to participate in supervised games like a witches hat toss, ghost corn hole, doughnut bobbing, and can bowling. Hungry? Free refreshments will be served.
Visit the Old Bridge this Halloween and participate in the games, enter the costume contest and munch on a hot dog and sip on apple cider. Halloween at the Old Bridge will be a great time for the community to come together and observe Halloween in a safe environment.
