Sunset Beach Area Festivals

4th Annual Sunset at Sunset Festival – Mark your calendar for Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Food Vendors, Exhibitors -The perfect opportunity for craft vendors to reach a wide audience of customers.

•    Remembrance Book -Very soon our iconic pontoon bridge will be a memory. But the many stories and memories of Sunset Beach residents and visitors can live on. Submit your story to be included in our Remembrance Book to be unveiled at the Dedication Reception and remain on display at the Sunset Beach Town Hall.

• Painting Contest: A contest for the Official Painting of the Bridge. Artists are encouraged to submit their renderings of the Pontoon Bridge. The chosen painting will be permanently hung in Town Hall with the artist’s name prominently displayed. It’s time to start painting! The rules are here.

•    Photography Contest 2010 -The 2nd Annual Sunset at Sunset photography contest was a huge success. This year’s theme – The Sunset Beach Swing Bridge, The “new” High Rise Bridge or a combination of the Two Bridges. The rules are here.
